My job was to find a party supplier in the city who could sort us out with good decorations and supplies. Luckily, I found one that had everything we needed and even more than I expected.
Seeing her laugh and enjoy every moment made all the effort worth it. That’s what pushed me to do a bit more digging and put together a list of the best party suppliers in Toronto, so other families can throw a party that’s just as fun.

I wanted to go all out for my niece’s birthday party, which is why I was glad to come across Gllama Llama Beauty Bar. They’re not your usual party supplier since their services focus on mini-spa packages that make the day feel extra special.
Their Mississauga location gives the celebrant and her guests a chance to enjoy treatments like facials, manicures, and hair styling. They also provide mobile services that bring the full setup to your home or venue, complete with decor and staff.
I chose the mobile option since we held the party at our parents’ home. Gllama made it easy with add-on services like loot bags and food orders, so most of the work was handled for me.
The downside is that their fees are noticeably pricey, though they do offer discounts, such as 20% off bookings made from Monday to Thursday.

CONFETTIMYPARTY has been around since 2019, and it feels like one of those spots where you can find just about everything to kick off a party. Their shop on Densley Avenue is filled with balloons, themed collections, and tableware.
They also carry eco-friendly Meri Meri tableware, which is made from industrially compostable materials, as well as party bundles that save time. Their online store is easy to browse, and they offer free delivery across Canada on orders over $150.
What stood out most to me is their event consultation service. If you’re unsure about a theme or setup, they can guide you toward a polished look that fits your event.
There are some drawbacks, though. They don’t always keep all products in stock, and returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase. That can feel restrictive compared to other places that allow a full month.

Another supplier I found that’s willing to help with planning is Cutie Balloons. They offer event planning services and can suggest which balloon arrangements and party decorations will best suit the party you have in mind.
When it comes to supplies, they carry the usual selection, including balloons, tableware, and party hats. I find them to be a decent choice in a pinch since they provide same-day delivery across the GTA if you place your order before 1 PM.
Delivery is even free if you spend at least $125. They also ship across Canada and the US, which is useful if you’re sending supplies to family or friends outside Toronto.
That said, some clients I’ve spoken with mentioned issues such as balloons deflating only hours after delivery. I’ve also heard that their delivery service can be inconsistent, sometimes arriving later than promised.
I’ll definitely be ordering from them for all future events!

I find Party City to be one of the easiest party suppliers to visit since they run 55 locations across the GTA. They carry plenty of essentials, including themed tableware, banners, customized balloon bouquets, and kids’ costumes.
The nice part is you don’t always need to step into a store. Their online shop offers same-day delivery, and the fee is waived if your order is over $50.
Financing is also available, which can be a real help if you’re planning a big event on a tight budget. On top of that, their rewards program lets you earn discounts the more you shop.
However, not everything is perfect. Some people have mentioned rude staff interactions, and their delivery doesn’t include inflated balloons. If you want those, you still need to make the trip in person.

If you’re planning a large party, Balloons Bash is worth keeping in mind. As the name suggests, they focus on custom balloon arrangements, but they also provide extras like garlands, arches, and flower walls.
What stood out to me is how much more they bring to the table. They have rental props that can really dress up an event, including backdrops, champagne walls, and even cherry blossom trees!
They also rent photo booths, including the magazine-style ones that people love. If your event is outdoors, they can supply tents as well, which makes them a convenient option.
However, one downside is the cost. Their most basic balloon decor starts at $199 before delivery, so expenses can rise quickly. I’ve also heard that they sometimes arrive late to venues, which can be stressful if the setup isn’t finished before guests arrive.
