“This is a story of great customer service and redemption. I booked Maid in TO for a deep clean after a roach treatment and I was so looking forward to that refreshed clean feeling. I didn’t get the deep clean I was expecting. Some spots were skipped or missed. I called the company to let them know and Leo was great. He was patient, kind, apologetic and supportive. He asked me for photos of the missed spots and took them to his team. They confirmed that the clean was not up to their standard and scheduled a reclean at no charge. They also offered me a refund if the timing of the re-clean didn’t work for me. I’m so glad I chose the re-clean. The main thing that people love about this company is the easy booking process. You can do so online or via phone call, and you can customize the cleaning service however you want. You can also choose the frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Pricing is also great here. Some clients told me that the prices are more affordable than in other cleaning companies and that the pricing is clear and upfront. It also helps that the payment is secure, and you won’t get any charge until the day of the service.
Clients also praised the cleaners themselves. They arrive on time and are efficient. One client was so impressed with the way they cleaned the inside of their refrigerator; it looked almost brand new!
The only downside to this company is the cancellation policy: they only allow cancellations within 24 hours, which is a narrower window compared to other companies’ policies. If you don’t cancel within this timeframe, you’ll incur a C$45 fee.

Elite Housekeeping was a recommendation from my friends, and I can see why they’re such loyal customers. Their cleaning services are, indeed, elite: comprehensive (they have a cleaning list) and rigorous.
The cleaners are also punctual and pleasant to interact with. Whenever a client has a specific request, the cleaners comply without a fuss, and they also respond quickly to inquiries. Because of this, clients find them reliable to work with.
I also like the flexible scheduling; their services are available seven days a week, be it morning, afternoon, or evening. As such, it’s so easy for busy people to book a cleaning because they can find a spot that works within their schedule.
While they provide most of the supplies, they do require clients to have certain equipment, like a vacuum, brooms, mops, toilet brushes, and a 2 to 3-step ladder. If you don’t have them, they can add equipment delivery for an extra charge.
However, this add-on is only limited to clients in downtown Toronto or mid-town. It’s an inconvenience for the clients and the only thing I don’t like about this company.
