First and foremost, this company offers three amazing options for the mobile bar appearance. I struggle picking because I love them all, but I usually end up choosing Goldie because it looks vintage and charming. If old-school isn’t your vibe, you can go with Beau (chic and sophisticated) or Pearl (sweet and adorable).
When you’re done selecting your bar, you have to choose drinks for your menu, and this company is prepared with choices. Wines (from local Ontario wineries), cocktails, and mocktails are the most popular options, but you can also have cold brew coffee available on tap.
Want to go the extra mile and serve drinks that your guests will remember? Then, you might want to upgrade to Bubbly Bar. This option lets you have bubbly drinks, plus you’ll get access to custom syrups, infusions, and more.
Just let the team know what you want for your event, and they’ll make sure to make a custom package to spice up your drinks.
I love the team here as well. Everyone’s friendly and warm, and they will go the extra mile to ensure that my guests and I are satisfied. They will even work with the other suppliers of your event (e.g., the caterers and the decor company). I greatly appreciate that.
This company doesn’t have a physical location, which is my only complaint. It would’ve been easier and more convenient if they had an office because we could just stop by and have a chat with the team.

Admittedly, I’ve only heard about Sips Mobile Cocktails this 2025 because it has received recognition from the Canadian Choice Awards. Naturally, I was intrigued and checked them out, and I can’t believe I’d never booked their services before!
Interestingly enough, they don’t offer different versions of the mobile bar; they just have one option. Some people might not like this, and I understand, but personally, I don’t mind it. The mobile bar looks sleek and sophisticated, and you can have it decorated however you want, so it’s still a win in my book.
While most mobile bars have drinks available on tap, Sips Mobile Cocktails has bartenders whipping up cocktails on the fly instead. This is great because it adds a personal touch to every drink, which guests will definitely love.
If you want to have a signature drink made especially for your event, the team will be more than happy to oblige. Just let them know, and together, you can brainstorm and craft the cocktails that best fit your party’s vibe.
Another thing I want to shout out about this company is the team. They’re really professional through and through. Right from the start, they’re warm and accommodating, and they listen attentively to every concern and idea I raise.
They also communicate clearly, which I appreciate because I’m the type of person who overthinks and worries too much. The fact that they always update me throughout the process puts my overthinking brain to rest.
I also really like that this company has a physical office. This makes it easy for me to just drop by and have a face-to-face consultation with the team before I finalize everything for the party.
Oh, and the price is pretty reasonable here. It starts at C$700, which is pretty great considering the usual price for mobile bars in the city.

Planning to have a party far from downtown Toronto? Don’t worry, because 416 Cocktails Inc. has got you covered! This company covers the entirety of the GTA, which means that they’ll drive to you even if your party is being held in the farthest corner of the region.
The main thing that I love about this company is that they have three fixed packages to choose from, thus catering to people with all sorts of budgets.
The cheapest package already includes the basics, such as a custom cocktail menu, bartenders on-site, and bar setup and decor, and all this will only cost you C$850. This package, in my opinion, is already good enough, but if you want more perks, like being able to have a themed bar, custom cups, and full event planning, you can opt to get any of the higher tiers.
The team has an infectious energy, which is great to have in an event because it also excites everyone. They’re also really friendly, and my guests love striking up a conversation with them.
I also really like the drinks served here. We always have custom cocktails, and so far, they’ve been hits. They’re well-made and bursting with flavour; I can just tell that the bartenders are passionate about what they do.
If you’re not sure about this company, there’s no need to fret because you can actually book a consultation with them. This consultation only lasts 30 minutes, but from my experience, it’s more than enough to discuss what I want in the bar (including ideas for the drinks) and get a vibe from the team (to see if I like the way we work together). Oh, and this is online as well, so you can do it from the comfort of your home!
Do take note that every package only covers a certain number of guests. If your guest count exceeds, you’ll have to pay additional fees per head. I think this is a fair trade-off, but I can imagine that some people might not like that.
This company also doesn’t have a physical location. I wish there was so that if needed, the client could stop by and consult the team or even get a glimpse at the mobile bar and check if they liked it or not.

If a modern mobile bar is more your jam, then you’ve come to the right place. Barecular is best known for its sleek, modern vibe—the kind of bar you’d expect to find in black-and-white, evening-dress-and-tuxedo-only affairs.
I love how fast and straightforward the process here is. First, you have to meet with the team of mixologists so that you’ll be eye-to-eye with everything. They’ll help you craft unique drinks for your party, and once you’ve approved of everything, all you have to do is wait for the party and watch the team set up everything. They’re also very responsive; anytime I have questions, they’re there to answer.
The mobile bar is pretty simple, but it will be decorated with LED lighting and a few props (that you approve) so that it stands out. There are no taps for the beverages, but there will be on-site bartenders who will craft the drinks for every guest in your party.
If you want, you can even tailor the bar to have a special logo. This is a great option if your event is a corporate gathering or a product launch, but I imagine even a personal event like a birthday party or a wedding can benefit from a custom logo design on the bar.
This company offers a few mobile bar packages, so you can choose the one that fits your budget. The cheapest tier already includes the essentials (e.g., mixologist, mobile bar, glassware, and cocktail equipment), but the higher tiers have more perks, such as access to even more drink options.
They don’t have the pricing on the website, which is both a good thing and a bad thing. On the one hand, I don’t like it because it doesn’t give the clients an idea of the price range, but on the other hand, this means that the rate can be negotiated.
Another bone I have to pick is the fact that they don’t have a physical office. I would’ve loved to have a face-to-face interaction and the opportunity to see the mobile bar before I book their services, and I imagine other people will agree.
