‘After decades of water leaking into our 150 year townhouse’s unfinished basement, the recent heavy rain caused severe flooding that couldn’t be ignored. The remedy was to waterproof the exterior walls. Royal Work sent Jeremy and Vasyl, who worked tirelessly, in a very tight space, for three days, excavating, waterproofing and filling trenches for 8′ section on one side, and a 24′ wall on the other side. ‘Aquatech recently came to repair a crack in our foundation that we discovered during the July flooding in our area. Shawn attended for the quote and was very knowledgeable, punctual and easy to reach for follow-up questions. I had 5 companies come for quotes and while not the cheapest, they were fairly priced and had wonderful reviews and most importantly stand by their work in terms of a warranty.
Two associates came to do the repairs as discussed. They were quick, polite, respectful and very clean with the work area protecting both my home and my neighbours. They also showed me photos of the two cracks that were repaired. While it took several weeks to come and do the repairs it was understandable taking into account how many homeowners were impacted by the summer rain.
