My friend ultimately went with Toronto Boutique Apartments primarily because of its location. It’s right in the Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood, with a subway station just a short walk away, so travelling around the city isn’t too much of a hassle.
That said, the location does make the rental vulnerable to loud ambient noise at all hours. Some tenants have complained about the constant stream of sounds from pedestrians, traffic, and the neighbouring fire station. So, keep that in mind.
The apartments here mostly boast a modern design, with dark and neutral colours, with a vibrant splash here and there. If you’re lucky, you can even get a rental that overlooks the city!
Unfortunately, your options are only either a one-bedroom or two, but all of them still come with a few perks. In particular, you can access the gym and the pool or have a spot in their parking lot.
The prices are reasonable, too, especially for short-term stays. Most of them are under C$200 a night, and some are even under C$100!

“I stayed at an apartment at 188 Cumberland. It was simply wonderful. It was furnished beautifully with all amenities to make it a “home away from home” for a month. It was also set up with a den equipped with everything needed for a home office, and it made my work so much easier. Perfect for business travellers. The Agency staff were super responsive and helpful at all times. Concierge staff were also amazing. Great location close to 2 subway stations, wonderful restaurants, night life, and shopping. Everything you need is within walking distance. If you feel energetic, you could even walk to the Eaton Center and downtown Toronto!”

I contacted Corporate Stays and received a message within an hour from Mr. Marco Martinez. I told him that I needed the apartment for Tuesday, October 14. Even though it was Thanksgiving weekend, Mr. Martinez arranged a viewing for Monday at 1:00 p.m. Twenty-four hours later, I moved into this beautiful apartment.
