How We Chose
1. MRC Sleep

Address: 4190 Finch Ave E, Scarborough
Phone number: +1 416-291-8878
Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MON-FRI)
Let’s start with the clinic that helped me resolve my sleep issues, MRC Sleep. Having been in operation since 1997, they have 27 years of experience and have expanded to six different locations across the GTA.
A key reason why I chose them is their free in-lab sleep test. My experience was quite smooth, and their staff was able to quickly recommend to me a CPAP machine to treat my sleep apnea.
Speaking of CPAP machines, it’s also a pleasure to learn that they offer free maintenance services. They also provide free virtual consultations which were of big help whenever I encountered an issue with my machine.
And while this isn’t something I can take advantage of, I appreciate that they offer a 10% discount for seniors.
Sadly, while my experience here was stellar, it wasn’t like that for everyone. Some patients were treated coldly by the staff.
I am fully satisfied with the service provided
“I have been a client of MRC for the past eight years. Florence has always been efficient, patient, professional in her customer interactions and articulate in her instructions. I am fully satisfied with the service provided.”

Overall a great place!
“A little bit of an unknown gem for CPAP related items, located in the basement of the Midland medical building. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you need any supplies for your CPAP machine they always have it on hand. They take you through a demonstration of all your equipment and answer any questions you have either in person or on email. You can easily schedule appointments also via email. Overall a great place!”

2. Lil Baby Sleep Consulting

Phone number: +1 647-927-9179
Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MON-FRI)
If you’re a sleep-deprived parent, Lil Baby Sleep Consulting might just be your lifesaver. Founded by Lily Horbatiuk, this place offers personalised, science-based sleep solutions for babies and toddlers.
They bundle these solutions under their so-called sleep consulting packages. Each package is designed to target specific ages, including newborns, 18-month-old babies, and four-year-old toddlers.
For parents, Lily also offers an online sleep program called “Your Dream Plan.” It features highly customisable sleep routine plans and nap training plans that are designed to ensure parents will always get quality sleep while taking care of their young kids.
If everything I’ve said piques your interest, you can contact them for a free 20-minute consultation session.
However, I must warn you that their personalised plans can get pretty expensive, especially if you decide to get one of their add-on services like potty training.
Working with Lily was amazing!
“Working with Lily was amazing! We were really nervous to start sleep training with our 4 month old who had every association. We were struggling with constant wake ups, pacifier in and out of mouth, rocker to move the bassinet. In a week our baby was sleeping in his own crib, no swaddle, no pacifier and calmly putting himself to sleep at just 4 months! He is currently sleeping great and has only 1 feed at night! We couldn’t be happier and grateful for Lilly’s constant support.”

One of the best decisions we made as parents
“I am just writing to let everyone know that working with Lil Baby Sleep Consulting was one of the best decisions we made as parents. She really cared for us and wanted the best. She listened to our concerns and as parents of a 2 year old who refused to sleep and nap in her own room, we have come such a long way! My daughter will now go to bed in her own crib and sleep the night. At 2 years old, habits are very hard to change, so Lili made a plan that really worked with what we were comfortable with as parents and stuck by us by checking in everyday to make sure we had direction! What a great experience! Highly recommended!”

3. North Toronto Laser Med Clinic

Address: 4646 Dufferin St Unit #5a, North York
Phone number: +1 647-348-4363
Business hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (MON-FRI)
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (SAT)
You may find it surprising that a skin care clinic is included on this list. But make no mistake, North Toronto Laser Med Clinic is a legitimate provider of sleep clinic services.
One of their key strengths is their different approach to treating sleep apnea. Through a unique treatment called NightLase, they use a special laser to help reduce snoring and sleep apnea by tightening the tissues in your throat.
It’s pretty cool because it doesn’t require any anaesthesia and can be done in under 15 minutes.
Another thing I like about them is that they regularly provide special discount coupons that you can get by simply signing up for their newsletter.
However, NightLase is only effective in treating sleep apnea and won’t be of much help with other sleeping issues, like insomnia.
Nightlase treatment helped us a lot
“Our family have been struggling with snoring and sleep apnea problems, but Nightlase treatment helped us a lot at North Toronto Lasermed clinic. Many thanks to the Lasermed team for helping me and my husband.
Thank you Natalia for your amazing work.”

My experience with this place is incredible
“I highly recommend North Toronto LASER med clinic as a top clinic in Toronto specializing in LASER services.
My experience with this place is incredible. I love the snoring procedure Nightlase and my wife really enjoys Fotona 4D non-invasive laser facelift.
The best place.”

4. FPM Solutions CPAP and Medical Devices

Address: 340 College St #1
Phone number: +1 647-748-2727
Business hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (MON-FRI)
Founded in 2007, FPM Solutions CPAP and Medical Devices is another solid choice for your sleeping problems. That’s because they offer comprehensive sleep studies that can be done in either a sleep lab or in your home.
Furthermore, they offer a wide range of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories from top brands like ResMed and Philips Respironics. Plus, they have oxygen therapy products if you need them.
What I really like about them is their free ongoing therapy support. They have nurses and Registered Respiratory Therapists on hand to help you out before, during, and after your CPAP machine purchase.
They also have a perfect mask fit guarantee, so you can try different masks until you find the one that fits you best.
Sadly, they charge a premium price for their CPAP machines and parts.
I genuinely cannot imagine going anywhere else

5. Toronto Sleep Institute (MedSleep)

Address: 7099 Yonge St #205, Thornhill
Phone number: +1 905-709-9696
Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MON-FRI)
Toronto Sleep Institute is one of the six MedSleep clinics you’ll find in the GTA. They’ve been around since 2004 and are widely known for the large variety of services they provide.
Some examples are their in-lab and home sleep studies to pinpoint problems like sleep apnea and insomnia. They also provide personalised consultations and extensive therapies like CPAP and cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).
However, one thing that really caught my attention is their corporate fatigue management solutions. They offer fatigue risk management systems, workshops, and customised programs to help businesses manage employee fatigue, which is a big deal for productivity and safety.
Unfortunately, they’ve received criticism for their slow customer service, which has led to long waiting lines.
A great place to get tested!

All in all it was a satisfactory experience
“Thank you, SleepMed. My overnight sleep study was much easier than I expected! The bed was very comfortable and my technician, James, was warm, helpful and friendly. Even with all the wires attached to my body, I was able to sleep through the night. All in all it was a satisfactory experience. Next step: find out if I have sleep apnea!”
