Yan Staging has been working for about eight years, and they’ve built a solid reputation in the home staging world. What first caught my eye was that they were ranked among the Top 10 Occupied Home Stagers in Canada for two years straight by the Real Estate Staging Association.
That kind of recognition doesn’t come easily, and it shows they’ve been consistent with their work.
They handle the usual occupied and vacant staging, but they also offer virtual staging. For around $50 per photo, they can digitally transform a property without bringing in actual furniture.
On the downside, they ask for full payment upfront, which can feel restrictive. They also charge a $150 fee for on-site consultations, so I’d suggest trying their free e-consultation first to see if they’re the right fit.

I got Astra Staging to stage my old place before I sold it, and honestly, the difference was night and day! They started with a free consultation, walked me through what would work best, and even showed me the furniture they planned to use so I could give my input.
I went with their starter package that cost a bit more but included useful extras like their furniture moving service, which kept my own pieces safe while they brought in theirs.
They also handled professional photography and created a 3D virtual tour, which I’m sure helped attract more buyers. My house sold within a few days after staging!
The only drawbacks are slower replies that can take a full day and no weekend availability.

If you’re looking to really sell your property fast, StyleBite Home Staging might be able to help. Their lead stager, Mythily, is a Certified Ultimate Stager, so there’s some real training behind the work.
What stood out to me is how quickly they move. They can stage a whole property in a single day, which is pretty handy if you’re racing to get a listing up! They also offer painting, so you don’t need to call in someone else to freshen up the walls.
On top of that, they’ve got a 30-day sold guarantee and will offer two months free if your house isn’t sold within a month. A bit gutsy, but I like the confidence!
Unfortunately, they only serve Toronto and its surrounding areas, including Brampton, Markham, Mississauga, and Richmond Hill. Also, they can take up to 24 hours to reply, which feels slow.

From what I’ve seen, they’re a solid option if you’re selling a luxury home. Their luxury staging package starts at $4,000 and includes a free site visit so they can plan around the unique features of your property.
They bring in premium furniture and decor that really helps catch the eye of potential buyers.
Furthermore, they offer basic and standard packages for homes outside the luxury bracket. They even run seasonal promotions to make their services a bit more affordable.
However, please note that there’s a $100 consultation fee for non-luxury packages and that they’re closed on weekends.

What really stands out is that they can stage a property in just a single day. That speed is possible because they have a huge warehouse filled with roughly $6 million worth of furniture and decor!
Having such a large collection also means they can adapt to different styles and create a look that feels right for the space.
On the flip side, they’re not the cheapest option. Prices tend to be above average, and some people mention the final bill can end up higher than the initial quote.
