They also handle up to 50 languages, including Farsi, Tamil, and Urdu. Prices for these typically stay within the city’s average rate, with regular delivery options costing nada, though less common languages tend to be pricier.
TAO’s customer service is noteworthy, too. We often get Madonna, who’s pretty quick and elaborate at communicating important details (even when she’s in vacay mode), like the project timeline.
Speaking of timelines, they normally hit the 1 to 4-day turnaround standard we’re looking for. What’s more, they’ve completed most of our same-day requests, including those we sent on weekends.
There were instances, however, when their offices were shut as early as 3 pm despite the company’s supposed 24-hour availability.

From what we’ve experienced, Seer Translation is among this list’s most spot-on in terms of efficiency. Clients who regularly use their English to Chinese and English to Russian services often get their documents back in a day or two.
In addition, their prices are on the reasonable side, and that case remains true whether you opt for a walk-in or online service. Waiting for quotes won’t be a problem either since they provide transparent, upfront fees, usually kicking off at $30.
Their list of language pairings is also impressive, at exactly 10 pairs. The hiccup, though, is that less common languages aren’t covered.
Still, we consider them a reliable pick, especially if you value customer service. Got to give Lara tons of credit for that, as she has been polite and sharp whenever we deal with her.

When it comes to scope and experience, All Languages Ltd is definitely up there. For one, they’ve been operating for around 50 years and can deal with over 500 languages.
They also serve 10-plus industries, such as education, mining, and tech. Plus, their clientele consists of major institutions, with the University of Toronto and Schulich as prime examples.
We gave them extra points as well for having multiple certifications, primarily ISO 17000 and ISO 18587 (for interpreting). That’s probably how it goes when almost all of your translators hold bachelor’s, master’s, and law degrees.
What truly makes All Languages different, though, is their ‘dual-linguist’ approach. Two translators will work on your document, which often results in a quicker turnaround time and more polished output.
It would be great if they sent quotes faster, though. Some clients have waited for five days.
The premium prices might also be overkill for one-off requests.
