If you’re a commercial client, you’ll likely appreciate their quoting process; they start with a thorough consultation to make sure they’re completely aligned with your property goals before they get to work.
There are just two quick things to keep in mind, though. They’re strictly a weekday operation, so you won’t be able to book them for weekend jobs.
Also, if your lawn needs a boost, keep in mind that specialized fertilizer treatments are not included in their base package and will be an extra add-on.

They handle seasonal work just as well, with spring cleanups, fall leaf removal, and perennial pruning to keep your property in good shape year-round.
For lawns with compacted clay soil, they offer core aeration and overseeding to help grass grow thicker and fill bare spots naturally.
The only downside is that they only serve selected Midtown Toronto neighbourhoods, so homeowners outside their service area will need another provider.

You won’t get a generic quote over the phone here, though. They prefer an expert visit your property first to provide an accurate price based on your yard’s size and layout.
On the other hand, I appreciate their flexible billing, as they use a cost-per-visit model. This means that if the weather is dry and your grass doesn’t need a trim, they may just skip the visit.
Since they focus on Toronto’s east end, response times are usually reliable. Just keep in mind that regular care is only available from May to October, so you will need another company for the off-season.
