He can perform both upper and lower eyelid surgeries in his CPSO-accredited surgical facility in Yorkville. He also specialises in Asian blepharoplasty, which is specifically tailored to Asian patients, as it produces a visible crease in the eyelids.
Personally, what I really love about Dr. Tong is his “Touch-Up” surgery policy. This policy ensures that patients have the option for complimentary touch-ups if they are not completely satisfied with their results.
However, I don’t like that he requires his patients to pay a 50% deposit upfront before they can be scheduled for an operation. It might be wise to take advantage of his financing options should you choose him for your eyelid surgery.

He also offers reconstructive surgeries for those who are affected by eyelid tumours and thyroid eye disease. And if you’ve had less-than-ideal results from previous surgeries, Dr. Maleki can fix it with his revisional eyelid surgeries.
Sadly, you’ll have to pay a premium to enjoy these treatments. That, combined with his $250 consultation fee, might be a major turn-off for many potential patients.
