The installation and repair crew deserves their praise. They’re careful when removing old glass to avoid any mess, and if there’s any mess, they’re quick to clean it up.
As for the installation, it’s clean. Looking at it, you’d forget that you got some work done on your window or door!
That said, there’s an issue regarding their communication. One client shared that his calls kept getting ignored. The shop acknowledged this, and they also acknowledged that they didn’t do a good job explaining why they couldn’t serve this particular client.

I can see why she and other clients liked this company. For one thing, the lineup of services is impressive. They can install all sorts of glass products, including energy-efficient windows, skylights, and shower enclosures.
And for another, they can do repairs and maintenance checks. The best part is that they’re experienced in installing and repairing glass products for residential, commercial, and even industrial clients.
Clients appreciate the speed of the process here. One client ordered a custom build (glass railing), and he only waited two weeks from the moment he got a free quote for the product to be finished and installed.
That said, sometimes, the shop gets short-staffed, which leads to some calls getting unanswered. This can be really annoying on the client’s side, and I hope this doesn’t happen again.
