You can mix and match to make it your own, which makes the whole thing feel less generic. I’ve placed orders past midnight and still got free same-day delivery, which has helped me a couple of times whenever I accidentally forgot a birthday.
Everything is tracked online, so it’s easy for me to know whether my gift was successfully delivered. I also appreciate that they use electric vehicles for deliveries, which says a lot about how they operate.
