NewLife Fertility Centre in Toronto, established in 2004, is a fertility clinic that currently operates 11 locations in the GTA. They offer a wide range of services, like ovulation induction, IVF, embryo freezing, and treatments for male infertility.
For me, what sets them apart is their extreme confidence in delivering their services. Under their Guaranteed Success Plans, they’ll refund you up to 80% should you fail to get pregnant!
It’s also a great thing that they can directly bill OHIP and most private insurance providers. Not to mention, they also have a special financial assistance plan for cancer patients who wish to preserve their fertility before undergoing cancer treatment.
Sadly, not everything is good about them, as some of their former clients told me they encountered rude behaviour from NewLife’s staff.

The fertility clinic that my partner and I went to for assistance is Trio Fertility, located in downtown Yonge. Founded in 2015, they boast a highly experienced team with a combined experience of over 40 years.
The reason why we chose this clinic is simple: it offers a diverse range of services. Aside from fertility counselling, they also provide IVF treatment, egg freezing, surrogacy, and preconception care.
It’s also worth mentioning that they offer a special service called the Sperm Evaluation, Enhancement & Diagnostics (SEED) program. It uses state-of-the-art equipment like ZyMōt to separate motile sperm from the rest and ensure peak male fertility.
However, one thing I noticed while interacting with this clinic is that they sometimes don’t reply to my calls and emails. That, of course, can be really frustrating.

Founded in 2015 by Dr. Frederick Dzineku and Dr. Chloé Roumain, Tripod Fertility has quickly become one of the top choices for aspiring parents. That’s because they offer plenty of services like infertility assessments, IVF treatments, 2SLGBTQI+ family planning, and prenatal care.
They even offer a specialised immuno-fertility service that will screen for any immunological anomalies that may affect your fertility. Should that be the case, they can administer treatments like lymphocyte immunisation therapy (LIT) and intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) on site.
Another thing that makes this clinic awesome is that it offers gynaecological consultation and care services. They can help with issues like ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and PCOS.
However, it has come to my attention that their fertility doctors sometimes arrive late to their appointments.

If you are of Jewish faith, then you might want to give Pollin Fertility a try. Founded by Dr. Kim Garbedian in 2023, they’re best known for their Jewish family-building consultation service, which aims to provide fertility treatments that adhere to the Halacha.
Aside from that, they can also provide a diverse range of services, like IVF treatment, egg freezing, and sperm freezing. They can also provide assistance to LGBTQ partners looking to start a family.
Thankfully, it’s easy to book their services since they have a mobile app that’s available on both the App Store and the Play Store. This app also lets you access any medical records you might have with Pollin, making their services even more accessible.
Sadly, they still have some things to improve on. One of those is their inability to properly reply to every call or email sent their way.

Markham Fertility Centre is a renowned fertility clinic that has been serving Toronto since 1988. Now led by an all-female team of fertility specialists, they offer services like IVF treatments, egg freezing, and early pregnancy support.
Personally, there are a lot of things I can praise this clinic for. Aside from the services I’ve mentioned earlier, they also provide frozen embryo transfers, which are highly useful for people who want to test an embryo for any genetic abnormalities prior to implantation.
I also view them having a full spectrum of on-site genetic tests as an amazing thing because it lets patients make informed reproductive health decisions quickly.
Sadly, you’ll need to pay a premium to enjoy most of their services. You can somewhat soften the blow on your wallet by signing up for their financing plan that’s offered via Humm.
