One thing I particularly like about them is that they offer nutritional counselling alongside their colonic treatments. They analyse your eating habits and craft plans that balance nutrients and maximise the benefits of their treatments.
Their deep-tissue sculpting is also worth mentioning. This intense yet highly rewarding treatment targets muscle tension with deep pressure, promoting healing and leaving you feeling less pain and more flexibility.

If you’re wondering where I went for my colonic treatment, it was Flow Hydrotherapy. There were a few key reasons I chose them: they’ve been in the game for over 14 years, and their clinic is seriously top-notch.
They use some of the latest technology, like the Angel of Water and Libbe Open systems. I tried the Angel of Water, and it was a fantastic experience. It has automatic water temperature control and an advanced filtration system, which made my treatment smooth and comfortable.
After the session, they even treated me to healthy refreshments like herbal teas and fresh juices. It was a nice touch that really helped my stomach settle after the cleanse.
The only downside? Their prices are a bit steep. At $149 per visit, it’s not exactly cheap. However, if you opt for their multiple treatment packages, you can save some money.

Richmond Hill Natural Therapies & Spa Namaste has been a beloved centre for holistic health since 1994. Founded by Linda Ross, a registered massage therapist, the clinic offers a diverse range of natural therapies.
One notable service is their colonic hydrotherapy, which uses chlorine-free, filtered water to gently cleanse the colon. This treatment is done with disposable proctoscopes and sterilised lubrication, and it’s complemented by breathing techniques to ensure comfort.
To enhance the effectiveness of the treatment, they also perform an abdominal massage before and after the session. It’s actually impressive that they even use aromatherapy oils to promote better digestion and abdominal comfort.
However, it’s worth noting that not everyone has had a perfect experience, as some former clients have reported encountering rude behaviour from the staff.

What’s amazing is that they also offer colonic treatments that incorporate organic wheatgrass for a more thorough cleanse. Wheatgrass is rich in antioxidants and can reduce the risk of diseases like cancer.
You can even further enhance this treatment with a $10 probiotic upgrade, which is known to improve gut health.
And as cherry on top, their colon hydrotherapy sessions come with a free 10-minute use of their vibration machine, perfect for relaxation post-treatment.
However, take note that they only accept cash or Interac e-Transfer. You’ll probably have to look elsewhere if you prefer paying with your credit card.

Their colonic treatment is high-tech and effective. They use the Aquanet 2000, which combines gravity and pressure to gently introduce ultra-filtered water into your bowel. It’s a sophisticated system designed with your comfort and safety in mind.
Another amazing thing about them is their variety of special colonic programs. Whether you’re dealing with constipation, looking for a liver cleanse, or even trying to rid your body of parasites, they have a program for you.
Plus, they offer packages, so you can save some money by purchasing multiple treatments in advance.
Unfortunately, they have a pretty strict late-arrival policy. If you’re 10 minutes late, they can cancel your appointment and still charge you for the full treatment.
