However, with their basic haircut service being priced at $50, they’re one of the pricier options you’ll find on this list.

I usually head to Garrison’s Barbershop on Niagara Street for my haircuts. They also have another spot on Jarvis Street and have been in business since 2011.
What keeps me coming back is their in-depth and ongoing style consultation. The barbers really take the time to understand your lifestyle and goals, offering personalized advice on maintenance, products, and styling techniques.
Plus, this consultation is included in the haircut fee, so there are no extra charges.
Another reason I prefer Garrison’s is their stringent safety and hygiene practices. The barbers always wear gloves and use sterilized tools between appointments, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
However, one downside is that they don’t accept walk-ins, so I always have to book an appointment at least a day in advance.
