My issue with that? Figuring out where to book can get stressful, especially since you have to consider many things, like the staff’s medical credentials and their consistency.
That’s why our beauty gurus (me included) came up with this review, narrowing down the options to only the best in terms of results.
How much does Botox cost in Toronto?
The average cost of Botox in Toronto is $10–$17 per unit, with most treatments using about 10–40 units per area (e.g. forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet).
Prices are influenced mostly by the required units, the treatment’s frequency, the practitioner’s expertise, and the clinic’s location.

The nurse-led Fresh Cosmetic Clinic made the choice easy for us. Being voted the best Botox clinic in Toronto (2025) is a major boost in rep.
A look at their previous work only validates that win. Natural-looking results are what you’ll see, driven largely by the team’s precise facial mapping and dosing.
We’re not ranting about the staff either. They were kind and helpful when we popped by.
Most clients say the same. Some even reported fast responses and regular check-ins post-treatment.
Service, however, has run late in the past. There was even one case where the client was kept 40 minutes behind schedule.
That brings us to the next issue: the clinic’s popularity. Getting the schedule you want isn’t guaranteed.
Well, that’s honestly expected, considering the staff’s experience. As of 2026, they’ve performed 20,000-plus procedures, with reasonable fees and free consults sweetening the deal.

Rejuvenus is one of the city’s top complete aesthetic clinics. Their medically supervised team are trained to carry out non-invasive, Health Canada-approved procedures for the body, face, and skin (these skin specialists are also worth checking)
Hair treatments are offered as well. In fact, their PRP service is highly rated; clients of all genders claim it truly helped with hair loss.
The personnel’s no-nonsense approach has been a hit-or-miss, though. While some prefer the direct and honest method, others find it a tad blunt.
Consults are usually not free either, including the virtual one. Most appointments are priced at $50 (30–60 minutes).
On a positive note, you can save cash by taking advantage of their special bundles and flash sales on skincare products. I, for instance, paid less for a Hydrafacial.
Almost every staff member can speak Spanish, too, and multilingual support will always be a plus in our view.

Given our focus on industry rep, Novoskin Cosmetic Clinic, a Canadian Choice Award nominee (2026), wasn’t included on a whim.
Nomination aside, we put weight on their record. Clients, especially those who paid for PRP, hair removal, and acne treatments, told us they’re happy with the results.
Such outcomes were likely influenced by their use of medical-grade products. Last time we checked, AlumierMD was in inventory, and it’s widely regarded as effective.
Having treatments not offered by others got them more points. Not every competitor sorts out teeth whitening, scar or mole removal, and intimate area brightening.
Online consults are free of charge, too. As a penny-pincher, that’s better than going with the $60 in-person assessments.
So, are there any real hitches to consider? A few. For one, the clinic’s website has failed to register appointments before.
It’s also closed on Mondays. The other entries run 6 days a week.

Strong client retention is one of the reasons why Therapeutic Aesthetics caught our eye. A chunk of their patrons stay for over a year, often citing the clinic’s subtle and natural-looking outcomes as the reason.
The staff’s credentials count in their favour, too. Only trained nurses and doctors with ongoing CAMA accreditation (Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics) handle the procedures.
The expertise carries over to how they communicate. Maryam, for one, is known for answering questions in great detail, however many there are.
Therapeutic is a comprehensive clinic as well, meaning they match non-surgical solutions with wellness offerings. Think programs for tissue rejuvenation, hormonal support, and even sexual health.
Just make sure your wallet is prepared, as their rates can get steep.
Complaints have also been heard from clients who say the clinic’s booking system doesn’t always work. That’s frustrating when you’re paying a premium.

We wouldn’t trust any guide that omits aesthetic Skin Vitality. It’s physician-directed and has been running since 1992, you know.
The good news is, they’re not stuck in the past. Modern and non-invasive treatments performed by regulated healthcare pros are what they do best.
Staff-wise, I’d suggest booking an appointment with Chelsea or Navneet. From experience, both work with a gentle touch and regularly produce fab results.
I can’t promise you’ll secure them, though. Skin Vitality sees a ton of clients and has arguably one of (if not) the biggest clientele on this list.
You’re looking at not-so-cheap prices as well. While the discounts and bundles slightly lower the costs, they’re only seasonal.
Fortunately, the initial consultations are free, and that perk applies to all 13 of their other clinics.
Their treatment plans are also customized, so you only pay for what’s actually needed.

Been 5 days since my Masseter Botox injection. Already getting compliments of my face looking slimmer. Huge thank you to Diana, the nurse who guided me through my first experience of Botox. I had my Botox treatment done by Nurse Yasmeen, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly sweet (warm smiles and fun convos) , knowledgeable, and patient.
