I love how much care and attention the team here gives to their clients. The first time I came here to ask for quotes, I was confused, but the team took the time to explain how the system worked. They also gave me sprinkler suggestions for my garden setup.
After I gave them my vision, they came up with a custom irrigation design for me. After I approved that, it was time for the installation, which was super quick and efficient. The installation crew was also fun to chat with, which was a lovely bonus.
Oh, and they can also come for maintenance! I’ve called them multiple times for all sorts of issues (such as water leaks and damaged underground tubing), and they always come to sort things out.
That said, I’ve heard some complaints about the team at the shop not showing up for their appointment or even calling the client to let them know about the change of plans. This didn’t happen to me, but I understand it’s frustrating.

The installation deserves to be praised, too. The crew has fantastic attention to detail, so the sprinklers are neatly arranged in the property, and the pipes are well-secured. They also make sure to clean up afterward, which is a lovely gesture.
I also appreciate that this company offers winterization, which is a service that properly closes the sprinkler system just before winter starts. This will help reduce strain on your system, thus prolonging its lifespan.
That said, I’ve heard complaints about their communication. One client told me that the final bill they received was different from the quote—the result of a misunderstanding. This issue would’ve been avoided entirely if the team had only communicated clearly.

Clients commend the company’s communication skills. They’re friendly and knowledgeable, so clients can ask all sorts of questions, including estimates.
The professionalism praise extends to the installation crew as well. Clients told me that the crew was punctual. They worked promptly and left no debris.
Aside from sprinkler system installations, Pro Green Irrigation also offers spring start-up (annual opening of the system) and fall blow-out (flushing out all water so the pipes don’t freeze) services. They also have landscape lighting services.
