If convenience is a top priority for you, Staples Print & Marketing Services is worth checking out. Established in 1991, they’ve spread across over 50 locations across the GTA.
They can print documents, photos, business cards, decals, posters, and more. You can drop by in person or send your files online, and they’ll have everything ready in as short as the same day or up to three business days, depending on what you need.
The cool thing is that Staples has a program for businesses called Print Connect. This online tool simplifies the process by letting you upload files seamlessly for printing and have them delivered straight to your door.
They’ve also got the Staples Preferred Program, which brings perks like discounts and personalized services for frequent customers.
Sadly, their services are in high demand, so long wait times can be an issue, especially during peak hours.

Print Three is my go-to for getting my personalized letters printed. But beyond that, they cover big jobs like banners and posters and smaller ones like documents and cards.
What really makes them stand out for me is their use of high-quality Xerox printers. The results look sharp and professional, so I don’t worry about the quality.
They also offer a free file check, which is very handy. It’s saved me from printing the wrong designs a couple of times! On top of that, they’ve got a customer satisfaction guarantee, so if something’s off, they’ll make it right.
I also like that they offer free delivery services anywhere in Toronto.
That said, I’ve had some mixed experiences with their staff. Not everyone’s as friendly as I’d like, so I think there’s room for improvement there.

Red Hot Printing Inc. is a printing store you’ll find tucked away in Wallace Emerson. They can help you with a wide range of printing services, like booklets, flyers, and posters.
One of their best features is their no-minimum-order policy, which is nice if you only need a single document printed. It’s also good that they can do emergency printing for those who need their designs printed within a couple of hours.
If sustainability matters to you, you’ll also appreciate that they can provide recycled printing products made from de-inked paper stock. They even offer discounts for registered charities and nonprofits, which is always a good thing.
However, please note that their prices are a bit above the average. It’s also a shame that they’re unavailable on weekends.

If you’re a business owner, Printcloud could be a good choice. They were founded in 2009 and can assist you with brochures, business cards, posters, banners, stickers, and more.
They’re pretty quick, too. Most bulk orders are ready in 3 to 5 business days. But if you’re in a hurry, their express printing can get your job done in 1 to 2 days.
But what really caught my eye was their print fulfilment service. They’ll take care of delivering your business mail straight to your clients and even handle distributing your marketing materials around town if needed.
They also offer free delivery on orders over $149, which is good for saving on shipping costs.
Unfortunately, not everything’s perfect. Their printing quality can be inconsistent, as some customers have mentioned issues with blurry prints here and there.

If you need a printing shop that’s very flexible, Print & Gift is a decent choice. They’ve been in business for years, starting in the UAE back in 2006 before setting up shop here in 2016.
What’s nice is they don’t require a minimum order. They also offer same-day service for things like business cards, posters, and flyers, which can be a lifesaver if you’re in a rush.
Their range of products is pretty cool too. Beyond the usual prints, they can create personalized print gifts like keychains, fridge magnets, and even photo puzzles.
It’s also worth mentioning that they offer discounts for bulk orders—good for businesses printing marketing materials or for events like weddings and parties.
However, they can get pretty busy, so sometimes there’s a bit of a wait.
