Clinicians are behind each treatment, so no, it’s not a “cheap” spot. Even their past work supports that; natural-looking enhancements comprise the portfolio.
You can ask past clients for feedback too (like we did). Most entered wary due to the low prices but walked out with positive results.
Vibe-wise, we’re not grumbling. Injectors like Carol kept things pleasant for us, effectively easing the nerves of first-timers.
From experience, they also go into serious detail with the explanations (like what’s happening or what to expect) and don’t mind answering tons of queries.
That said, we met clients who were booked but still waited for about 30 minutes.
Follow-ups aren’t always seamless either. While most love the next-day checks through text and calls, a few noted “ghostings.”

“Less is more” is how we’d describe MD Skin Lab. Their doctors go for a conservative approach, evidenced by a portfolio consistently showing subtle results.
We’ll be frank, though: you pay for what you get here, and since they’re a luxurious clinic, both in looks and service, expect higher-than-usual costs.
To be fair, their range includes fillers such as Restylane®, Juvederm®, and Prollenium®, all hyaluronic acid-based (HA). It’s a substance naturally produced by our bodies.
Consult quality is another reason MD Skin Lab is worth the investment. It’s Dr Dhanji and Dr Govan who carry out target area examinations, facial mapping, and medical history reviews.
One drawback of that? Most treatments rely on the duo, so prepare for limited slots.
If you’re cool with staying put, it’s smart to wait for specials. They dropped a $100 discount on fillers in the past, free consults included.

It put my mind at ease knowing the staff at MD Skin lab not only have extensive cosmetic training but are also professionally trained doctors who take safety very seriously. Honest and Professional
Amazing service! Friendly and professional.
I suffered from tmj for years including teeth clenching and grinding, headache, jaw pain, enlarged jaw muscles (squared jaw), puffiness and more recently ceasing of the jaw muscles, and so my dentist recommended Botox treatment.

With a name like Subtle Enhancements, don’t expect over-the-top results in this nurse-led clinic. Most procedures end up with gentle changes, achieved through science and careful anatomical work.
In fact, nurses such as Hillary are well-liked for being honest and informative. Treatments are only done when appropriate for you.
What’s even neater is that they use Sculptra. It’s developed from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which works more slowly than HA but lasts longer, typically for around two years.
Just be certain of your appointment, or those cancellation fees will sting. Understandably, they’re firm about it, and penalties can reach $150.
Another minor snag is the rarity of packages. Paying for multiple treatments in one go would be a nice cash-saving perk.
Don’t get us wrong. It’s not a bad spend, especially for those who value a super comfortable space run by certified nurses.
Exceptional Personal
Hilary is an exceptional person and injector. I recently had lip Fillers for my second time and Dysport in my forehead for the first time. She really made sure I knew my options and explained in detail. The entire appointment I was very comfortable and Hilary explained what she was doing throughout the services. You can tell she really cares and loves what she does. I left and still feel very happy and confident in my enhanced lips and anti wrinkled forehead. Lift Clinic Studio has notable cosmetic nurses on board. Lindsay is a prime example; she graduated from Queen’s University and the University of Toronto with honours before training with top North American injectors.
In 2026, her career is well past 7 years, though it’s Lindsay’s skill you should be excited for. Most agree she’s a safe choice for “super natural” results.
Sadly, her schedule is typically packed. That’s a con, since the alternatives have been called out for providing sparse explanations.
Response speed can be an issue, too. One client, for instance, waited for a while, only to be informed their email had gone to the clinic’s spam folder.
On the upside, savings are possible if you hold out for a discount or sale, which happens fairly often.
Clients spending between $1,000 and $2,000-plus may also break up payments through Beautifi and Afterpay financing.

You won’t find off-brand fillers at Skinjectables. Their stock comes from Teosyal®, Juvederm®, and Restylane®, all HA-based and FDA-approved.
Of course, none of that matters if their injectors were second-rate. Good thing nurses such as Glenda and Elizabeth are said to be precise, chiefly in achieving balanced results.
The modern space itself deserves some love as well, considering it’s among Toronto’s cleanest and most elegant.
Calling it intimate and convenient isn’t a stretch either. After all, it’s located within the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, which is a one-minute stroll from the Union Station.
What’s not handy is the lack of Saturday hours. Every pick above has them.
Skinjectables’ phone staff, at times, have also come off as “condescending.”
Thankfully, the nurses are a different case. Our interviewees claim they make sure visitors feel cosy, and that procedural discomfort is minimal to non-existent (only a few reported bruising).

Every single time I visit the clinic it is always a stellar experience from start to end. I do lip filler with Nurse Liz and she always does an impeccable job. It would not be a stretch to say that she is likely the best injector ever. The results are so natural and people are shocked when I tell them I’ve gotten filler. It is undetectable to those who do not know that I regularly go. She knows the best shapes for your face and ensures that you are always happy with your end result. I truly cannot imagine any way that this team could improve this experience as it is genuinely already perfect. The staff is so welcoming and they make you feel like family. Their honesty is something that I appreciate and I always know I am in the best hands with every visit. I truly do not think I could recommend Skinjectables and specifically Nurse Liz enough!

Very Gentle
My sister and I have been seeing Nurse Elizabeth Bowen for several years now at Skinjectables for Botox and lip injections and we are so grateful to have found her. She is amazing and so skilled at what she does. She is warm and kind and very easy to talk to. She is attentive to her clients and she is realistic with you about your expectations and makes expert recommendations that best suit your needs.
