Fortunately, we’re spoiled for choice in Toronto. The city has many spas offering options for couples. Here are some of the ones my partner and I really enjoyed on our date nights.

Novo Spa is the one my friends kept recommending when I told them about wanting to try a couples spa for the first time. Since then, I’ve come back to this place numerous times because I’m impressed with the services here.
My partner and I love getting the Taste of Heaven service because we get pampered like we’re royalty. Each of us gets an hour of massage, followed by a 15-minute foot scrub and massage. The end is a private color therapy shower that’s absolutely relaxing.

I’ve always loved traditional Thai massage, and one spa that offers this is Bahn Thai Spa and School. The moment my partner and I step inside the building, we’re greeted by the soothing aroma of lemongrass oil. Instantly, we feel like we’re in a sanctuary!
Upon our arrival, we’re served cups of tea. Then we go straight to the massage, which lasts for 90 minutes (but it can get longer). Finally, we end our session in an infrared sauna where we can just sit back as our muscles get warmed up.

One thing I like about Touch Massage Bar is that the whole place is decked in lovely neutral colors, which may seem simple but it’s so pleasing to look at. Another thing I like is that the couple’s massage is intimate yet invigorating at the same time.

The Couples Essential Retreat is loaded with all the goodies. There’s the Swedish massage, which is absolutely blissful, and then a water therapy that makes me feel like I’m floating in the sky.
To make things better, this retreat also comes with a three-course lunch at the terrace restaurant. Indeed, this whole experience feels like an exotic getaway without leaving the city!

Miraj Hammam Spa is inspired by the ancient rituals in the Middle East. So the services offered here are mostly old-world traditions combined with a few influences from our modern world.
The couples retreat here lasts for two hours, and it comes into two parts. The first is a personalized massage that incorporates aromatherapy. The second part is the detox body wrap, which is my personal favorite because it exfoliates my whole body.

My partner and I always choose the Floating on a Cloud…Together option. It starts with a foot treatment that refreshes our soles, and it’s followed by an aromatherapy-based full-body massage.
When we have extra money to splurge, we book The Couple’s Retreat, which is the ultimate spa getaway. It includes a skin-solution facial, Swedish massage, and pedicure!

SpaZen Toronto offers a wide variety of services, and there are two for couples.
The first option is Couples Romance, which gives you a side-by-side full-body massage and a private moment in a candlelit aroma bath. Fresh fruit and glasses of bubbly champagne are also included, so the whole experience is so romantic.
My favorite service is the Couples Escape because this one gives me and my partner our very own suite. There, we can enjoy a full-body massage and an antioxidant refresher facial. Oh, and don’t forget about the complimentary champagne!

Santé specializes in speleotherapy, also known as salt cave therapy, which is a practice that originated in Poland. This type of therapy is believed to help people breathe better, achieve healthier skin, and develop a stronger immune system.
This spa has several packages for two. Our favorite is the European spa package, which lasts for almost three hours! We start our session with the salt cave, followed by a hand and foot detox, a full-body massage, and a salt body scrub.
This experience also includes a 24k gold face mask, so you’ll totally feel like a million bucks!

What I love about The Spa at the Old Mill is that it’s nestled in nature, so the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Sometimes I actually forget I’m still in the Greater Toronto Area whenever I stop by!
I love getting the Diamond Duo because it’s the most luxurious option. It lasts for a whopping 3.5 hours and includes facials, full-body massages, spa pedicures, and salt chambers. After one session, you’ll feel like a brand new person, ready to take on the world!

The option for couples is a couple’s massage, which allows you to enjoy a full-body massage side-by-side. The therapists incorporate different techniques, including Shiatsu, Chinese Tuina, and lymphatic drainage.
After the massage, you have access to an infrared sauna for free! This is my favorite part because I can just sweat out all the tension from my body.

For couples, you can book an aromatherapy massage, bamboo massage, deep-tissue massage, or hot stone massage. What we usually choose is the hot stone massage because we love how the warmed basalt stones relax our very tired muscles.

Othership offers a unique spa experience. Instead of offering massages to relax the muscles, this spa specializes in sauna and ice baths. Both are effective in soothing me and my partner!
We prefer the performance sauna here. The warmth and humidity are enough to let us sweat out all the toxins without feeling uncomfortable. The whole place also smells nice thanks to all the aromatic snowballs scattered all around.
