Customer Reviews

The salon was clean, and the atmosphere was good and positive

I went to this salon for the first time and had an amazing experience! The stylist who helped me (Jenny) was very knowledgable, friendly and precise. She also gave many tips & tricks for the best style and potential better quality of my hair. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was good and positive. My husband went to this salon in the week after and had a good experience as well. Both the good deal and services make us wanting to return this salon next time we need a hair cut.

Would definitely come back

I had a wonderful experience at La Perla. Iran made me feel super comfortable and laugh throughout my appointment, and nailed exactly what i wanted to be done. My hair feels fresh and light! Would definitely come back, she made the experience so much better!

2. Elmwood Spa

Stepping out of the busy downtown and into a stunning 130-year-old heritage building is a great way to upgrade your pampering routine. Elmwood Spa is that place, and it actually covers four full floors!

It’s really that massive, so it wasn’t a surprise that it features a licensed nail lounge where you can actually sip a cocktail while getting your nails done.

What’s more, if you spend over $120 on any service, you’ll get free access to the indoor pool, whirlpool, and steam rooms. This makes it not just a great salon, but also one of the top spas in the area.

You can even enjoy a real Thai meal from their restaurant, all while still in your cozy spa robe! Several clients highlighted that the salon’s relaxing vibe made all their stress disappear.

Just keep in mind their hair studio works on a limited schedule and is closed Sunday to Tuesday. Also, if you only come for a quick, low-priced service like a wax, you won’t get access to the pools and water features.

  • Free pool and spa access for bookings over $120
  • Autoclave tool sterilization

I will definitely come back for this experience

My go to spa in the heart of Toronto. Staff are very welcoming and very friendly.

I had an amazing time doing aromatherapy massage with a free birthday lunch…

I’ve been here multiple times for a massage but this is my first time to experience the Terrace Restaurant. I will definitely come back for this experience..

It was a wonderful experience and would go back

Had a spa day with my daughter and loved the care and service from start to finish. Front desk staff were friendly, thorough and gave us a handy personalized itinerary to refer to. We were getting French pedicures and while we waited we were given robes, slippers, herbal teas and access to the whirlpool and sauna. The staff that did our pedicures were friendly and did a great job. It was a wonderful experience and would go back, buy a gift certificate, and recommend to others.

Every beauty appointment also gives you access to their fancy steam rooms and indoor pool, so you can keep relaxing after your service.

Because of all these, it’s no surprise that it has a prestigious Forbes Five-Star rating.

Just remember, the pool area is shared with hotel guests and families, so it can get loud during weekend swim times. And while they have a big fitness center, it’s just for hotel guests and not for salon clients.

Pros

  • Five-star luxury standards
  • Advanced clinical aesthetic equipment

Highly recommend Four Seasons Spa and will definitely return

I had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons Spa in Toronto for Thanksgiving weekend. The spa itself is luxurious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind. I had a massage with Greg, who was absolutely fantastic—he was professional, attentive, and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my needs. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape right in the city. Highly recommend Four Seasons Spa and will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

They have truly thought of everything

Had a lovely spa day at the Four Seasons.  Spent some time by the heated pool before my service. Had a relaxing facial with a wonderful face massage from Kathy. Then relaxed with a chamomile tea in the lounging area. The amenities are beautiful. There are crystals in the treatment rooms as well as in the water decanter. The robs are soft and fluffy. They have truly thought of everything. Highly recommend.

I have received so many compliments and I’m so happy with the look

I booked a haircut for myself on the 16th of November with Kianosh. He was very experienced and he gave me a wonderful hair spa and cut. I have received so many compliments and I’m so happy with the look. I  wil definitely be coming back regularly!

Very happy with both the services

I was here for my blow dry and eyebrow.Very happy with both the services.

Special thanks to Janoosh ( I may be spelling it incorrectly)- it is not easy to work with my hair as they are long and thick, but he was extremely efficient and for the first time someone blow dried my hair in exactly 45 minutes! Thanks and will be back here for sure.
