I can still remember the first time I tried a trampoline as a kid. The feeling of exhilaration that rushed through me as I flew up in the air, followed by that tickling sensation in my gut as gravity dragged me back down—it was so addicting!
So, it’s no wonder that even as an adult, I still seek the adrenaline rush I get from jumping on a trampoline. Fortunately, Toronto now has Sky Zone, a popular trampoline park in North America with several fun attractions and programs.
If you’d like to visit, here’s a guide with everything you need to know about this park.

A standard single-day pass here costs C$31.99, and it gives 90 minutes of jump-time on all the attractions.
If you want to play for more than 90 minutes, you can book the C$47.99 all-day pass. As the name suggests, you can experience unlimited access to all attractions all day long.

Other Things You Need to Know
To ensure you’ll have the best time in Sky Zone Toronto, be sure to keep in mind the following reminders:
- Make sure that you’ve properly read and signed the waiver. If you don’t have your waiver yet, you can get it via this link.
- You have to wear the park-approved SkySocks when jumping on any of the trampolines. These socks are available at the counter.
- Always empty your pockets before jumping. Also, please remove all pieces of jewelry on your person (e.g., necklaces, earrings, and rings).
- Always pay attention when jumping. In particular, be aware of those around you so that you’ll avoid any possible collision.
Attractions to Expect
iWall
From: skyzone_toronto
Interestingly, iWall is the only attraction inside Sky Zone Toronto that doesn’t involve a trampoline. Instead, this section is more like an arcade where you can play all sorts of fun games!
My favourite game here is virtual soccer. I usually compete with my little cousin, and we have to “kick” the ball right in front of the screen. The sensor is surprisingly responsive, and I get immersed in the game. iWall brings me back to my Wii days, which is probably why I enjoy the experience so much.
Freestyle Jump
From: skyzone_toronto
Freestyle Jump is the section that will have trampoline enthusiasts jumping right away. It’s equipped with several trampolines from wall to wall. You’re free to jump and do crazy somersaults to impress everyone!
I love to use Freestyle Jump to practice new moves I just learned. If I’m with a friend or a family member, we use this opportunity to challenge each other into showing who can jump the highest—sometimes, while doing silly positions mid-air for funsies.
Skyslam
From: skyzone_toronto
Do you know how you can spice things up while playing basketball? With a trampoline! At Sky Zone Toronto, you can do this, thanks to Skyslam.
What I like most about Skyslam is that it has several hoops available, each one at a different height. Because of this, players of all sizes can shoot and dunk balls with ease.
If you do want to impress people, though, try going for the tallest hoop. It’s really high up, but the feeling you get when you shoot a ball through it is rewarding!
Ultimate Dodgeball
From: skyzone_toronto
As a kid, I loved playing dodgeball, so naturally, the Ultimate Dodgeball section of Sky Zone Toronto is one of my favourites. It’s always a thrilling time here, especially when you play with strangers.
Since we’re on a trampoline, we have to get very creative with how we dodge the ball. My strategy is to simply leap out of the way at the right moment, but my friend loves to add a cartwheel or some type of somersault in the mix. She looks like a character in an action movie, dodging bullets dramatically!
Foam Zone
From: skyzone_toronto
If you’re new to trampolining and the idea of jumping so high up scares you, don’t worry, because Sky Zone has got you covered with the Foam Zone. This area still has a trampoline, but a big chunk is filled with foam so that you’ll always have a soft landing.
Foam Zone is popular among children, but adults are welcome here too. Experienced trampoline enthusiasts even come here to practice their daring stunts.
Personally, I just like the sensation of jumping into the foam area. It feels like jumping on a cloud!
Skyladder
From: skyzone_toronto
Skyladder is basically the Foam Zone—except it’s got a ladder suspended above the foam area. Oh, did I mention that the ladder sways?
The ladder being tricky is actually what makes this section so much fun. It tests your balance and gracefulness, and try as you might, you’ll definitely fall off the ladder at least once.
This can be frustrating, but I like to take every fall as a challenge, fueling me to get better every time. I managed to reach the top once, and I felt so accomplished that you’d think I just scaled Mount Everest!
Net Course
From: skyzone_toronto
Net Course is your opportunity to introduce a young child in your life to the thrill of obstacle courses. This section is essentially a baby-friendly version of American Ninja Warrior obstacles.
The maze made with nets is the favourite, from what I’ve observed. Toddlers love trying to make their way around and climbing up the nets. It also helps that there’s a slide on one end, so by the time they’re done exploring, they can just glide back to the ground.
Air Court
From: skyzone_toronto
Air Court is another perfect area for athletic people. Here, you can play a great variety of sports; basketball is the most popular option, but soccer, volleyball, and dodgeball are possible as well.
What makes this area exciting is the fact that its floor is air-filled. It adds an extra oomph to your jump, which might take a while getting used to, but definitely makes any sport more fun!
Battle Beam
From: skyzone_toronto
You know that game people play when in the pool or at sea, where you try to push each other to the water by whacking them with pool noodles? Battle Beam is like that, except their “pool noodles” are definitely sturdier.
My friend jokingly describes the experience here as “gladiator-style combat,” and I can see why: the two players are on a thin pedestal, with a foam pit surrounding them. You have to take a whack at each other, and whoever falls into the pit loses.
I don’t know what it says about me, but I definitely lose this game every time. Maybe I’m not good at balancing, but I think my friend just has a strong whack. Either way, I’m not mad because the foam pit actually feels nice.
Special Programs
Sky Adventure Camp
From: skyzone_toronto
Is your child looking for something fun to do during their downtime? They might be interested in enrolling at Sky Adventure Camp!
This camp is led by an instructor who’s going to initiate fun exercises for the children. I hear they usually begin their sessions with freestyle jumping, and then segue to more exciting things like dodgeball and air basketball.
Oh, and this is a hassle-free experience for the parents. You just have to drop them off and go about your day. All the while, your child is having a blast!
Little Leapers
From: skyzone_toronto
Little Leapers is like Sky Adventure Camp for younger children (aged six years and below). Every day, for 90 minutes, your little one can burn through their energy by jumping around with other kids their age.
The one thing I like about this program is that an adult can accompany the child for free. I’ve definitely taken advantage of this numerous times. It’s not my fault that my siblings’ kids keep asking me to bring them here!
Members-Only Night
From: skyzone_toronto
Are you a Sky Zone Toronto member? Then, here’s a piece of good news for you: you have access to members-only events! And better yet, you can bring a friend for free!
These events are usually simple gatherings where you can play with other members for the night. I look forward to these events because they mean the place won’t be crowded. I can jump on the trampolines without worrying about bumping into somebody.
I also really like that the events are themed. There’s undoubtedly a Halloween event every year, but sometimes, the theme will be something silly like “ugly sweater party.” The games and activities will also be inspired by the theme. It’s just fun all around!
Other Things You Can Do
Host a party
From: skyzone_toronto
I, and many of my family members, love to jump around on trampolines, so when I heard that Sky Zone Toronto can host birthday parties, I was stoked. And I was even more stoked when I learned that they’ll handle the party planning for you!
They have several packages to choose from, and all of them will let you enjoy the venue for about two hours! If you book the Epic or Mega VIP package, you can score several large pizzas and pitchers. You can even have special invitations to send out!
If you’re interested in hosting a party here, you can call them (+1(647) 493-3219) or send an email to [email protected].
Book a group event
From: skyzone_toronto
Aside from a birthday party, you can book a general group event here. My friends and I have done it a few times now, and we always have a grand ole time. Definitely a great way to catch up after months of not talking to each other (thanks, life!).
You might also be interested in having a team-building activity with your co-workers or treating your students or campers to a getaway here. The possibilities are endless!
