They also offer the Captain’s Pack, an add-on service that grants customers lost baggage tracking and price drop protection. It’s affordable, costing as little as $49, so I often purchase it for my travels.
Another thing I like is their mobile app, available on the App Store and Play Store, which lets you manage your travel plans on the go.
However, one downside is the hidden service fees they sometimes add to bookings. I wish they were transparent about these fees.
