Bitehaus Toronto Dental Clinic is one of my go-to clinics for all sorts of dental problems. I was thrilled when I learned they’re now offering teeth whitening. The best part is that their teeth whitening services are pretty varied!
For starters, they offer take-home teeth whitening kits, which are perfect for people who don’t have time to go to a clinic (or have dental anxiety). The kit comes with an Opalescence PF whitening gel and only costs C$299.
You can also opt for the in-office treatment. The dentist uses light-activated systems, with significant results typically expected after only two sessions. If the discoloration is only mild, you can do just one session for a cheaper price!
I also like how the dentist ensures you’ll have a comfortable experience throughout. There’s usually a Netflix show on the TV to entertain you, and they’ll even provide you with noise-cancelling headphones.
If I have to be nitpicky about this clinic, I have to say the operating hours could be better. They’re only open from Monday to Thursday, and the hours are not consistent.

I love Uptowne Dental Center because of how clean and organized its rooms are. The team here is also efficient; I don’t have to wait long before someone attends to me.
When it comes to teeth whitening, this clinic offers a decent array of services. Depending on the severity, the dentist might recommend a simple cleaning, or they might suggest using a whitening toothpaste, in-office bleaching, veneers, or bonding.
Every dentist I’ve encountered here is thorough and easy to talk to.
That said, some patients have shared that sometimes, the receptionist could be a bit rude (they didn’t say hello or acknowledge the patient). This didn’t happen to me, but it’s worth noting all the same.
On a more positive note, if you can’t afford the full bill, there’s a possibility you won’t have to pay the entire amount. The clinic participates in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), a government initiative that fully or partially covers dental expenses for eligible Canadians.

The first thing I love about Yonge Eglinton Dental is its convenient location. It’s literally just steps away from the Yonge-Eglinton Center. I don’t have to worry about getting lost.
This clinic only offers in-office teeth whitening services, which might be a bummer to people who want a take-home option.
On a more positive note, the procedure is thorough. The dentist uses a combination of whitening gel and curing light or laser to activate the bleaching agent.
The team of dentists and staff members here is also amazing. Everyone is calm and welcoming, and the clinic is clean and has a great atmosphere.
However, I’ve heard that sometimes it takes forever to book appointments. One client shared her frustration because she had to book multiple consultations that were several weeks apart!

If you’re in downtown Toronto, Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental is my recommended clinic. It’s in a great location, just a short walk away from the Toronto City Hall.
As for their teeth whitening services, this clinic offers both in-office and take-home treatment. The in-office treatment uses a whitening solution and a dental laser to break down the stains, while the take-home option provides you with a custom whitening tray.
The experience here is seamless, thanks to the team. The dentists are experienced and knowledgeable, while the rest of the staff are kind and helpful. They’re also efficient; booking appointments with them is hassle-free.
The staff also sends email reminders of your upcoming appointment, which I greatly appreciate. If you’re covered by insurance, they can even process the insurance claims on your behalf.
Speaking of insurance, this clinic accepts CDCP coverage, so you might get a pretty nice discount on your bill. If you still can’t afford it, they offer flexible financing programs as well.
Just beware, though: they might try to get you to do a doctor exam that you didn’t request or authorize. Some patients have shared that this happened to them. Just make sure to let them know outright that you don’t want to do it.

The first impressive thing about Broadway Dental Clinic is the fact that it’s open every day. This is great news for people who are usually busy on weekdays; here, you can book your appointment on your day off.
The teeth whitening procedure here is also noteworthy. Firstly, it allows for customization, so you can control how white you want your teeth to be, and secondly, it’s fast. The results are visible even after just one session (one to two hours)!
You’ll also receive a whitening kit for free! This kit has everything you need for your teeth maintenance.
I’d also like to commend the dentists here. They’re knowledgeable and thorough, and during the procedure, they ensure the patient is at ease. They’re multilingual as well; aside from English, they can speak Farsi, French, and Tagalog.
That said, I’ve heard some complaints regarding the management. Some patients have told me about mix-ups with appointment bookings and the receptionist not calling to clarify matters. This can be really annoying, so I understand the frustration.
