What I like most is the range of stuff they handle. Besides the usual leak repairs, they’ll deal with frozen pipes and even do basement waterproofing, which is a big plus in older homes around the city.
It’s also nice that they offer a 10% discount for seniors—definitely helps offset their prices, which, to be honest, are a bit on the higher end.
That said, they do offer free estimates, so at least you can get a sense of the cost before deciding if it’s worth going ahead.

Now, here’s the flip side. Their pricing isn’t exactly what I’d call “budget-friendly.” And yeah, there have been times when the final bill didn’t quite match the initial quote, which isn’t great.
