I liked how the whole process feels simple, almost like choosing creative art supplies in Toronto for personal projects.
Another plus is how their LED neon setup keeps everything safe, durable, and eco-friendly for everyday use. On top of that, their installed units in similar spaces are described as having a clean and modern glow.
Just keep in mind that production takes a few days, so delivery isn’t super fast. Also, the refund policy for custom orders is pretty strict.
Vibrant Custom Neon Sign That Still Looks Great After a Year

Besides that, they also carry major insurance coverage and WSIB clearance, which adds strong protection for clients.
One downside is that they’re closed on weekends, so you can only schedule consultations or pickups during the week. This might be inconvenient for busy business owners.

Ledle Media Signs caught my attention while I was comparing modern signage providers for large commercial projects.
What stood out to me was their full turnkey service. They handle everything from design to installation themselves, without outsourcing any part of the process.
I also like that their signs are built with a lightweight polymer casing, which makes them more durable and easier to handle compared to traditional glass signs.
They also offer a wide range of digital displays, such as billboards and screens for various industries.
It’s also worth noting that they focus on energy-efficient technology, which can help lower power costs over time.
However, they don’t specialize in traditional glass neon. If you want a vintage look, you may need to consider other providers.
Delayed Follow-Up After Neon Light Issue
Vick and his team installed my store front sign in September 2021 and the neon lights stopped working in August 2022. I have asked Vick to come and fix it for over a month and he has not responded. He is not answering my messages or calls. Plain and simple, this was a poor job and they are not taking responsibility. Update: Vick sent someone to fix the sign
