Not only does it give us a fun, matching look, but it’s guaranteed to be a great reminder when we look back at photos in the future. We sketched a design, found a shop that jumped on board, and had the shirts ready in a couple of days.
Since the whole process was surprisingly easy, I figured others planning big events or even promoting a business might want the same. Here’s my list of the best custom t-shirt shops in Toronto.

Urban Customz is the shop we chose for the custom T-shirts at our family reunion. I suggested them to my cousins after learning they had no minimum order requirement, which meant we only bought what we actually needed.
For anyone curious, they also give discounts on bulk orders, so they work well whether you need just a few shirts or a large batch. They proudly serve both B2C customers and B2B clients, including recognised brands such as Thermomix, Sage, and BMO, and more.
What impressed me most was their design support. They helped me commission an artist for our design, which was a lifesaver since none of us are particularly artistic, and they also have an online design tool if you already know what you want.

Coastal Reign Printing has been around since 2014, and I find them easy to recommend for anyone who wants peace of mind before paying. Screen printing is their main service, but they also provide embroidery, direct-to-film, and sublimation printing.
What I really like is their complimentary design service, since not everyone has artwork that’s print-ready. You only pay once you approve the mockup, which makes the process feel low risk.
When your shirts are finished, they ship anywhere in Toronto for free. They also back their work with a satisfaction guarantee, promising to reprint at no cost if something doesn’t match the approved design.
However, they don’t always have every t-shirt option in stock, so choices can be limited. Their Toronto location can also feel far if you live in the east and want to drop by in person.

Toronto Tees is one of those shops that can print a custom t-shirt in minutes. If you only want a single shirt (there’s no minimum order requirement), they say it can be ready in as little as five minutes.
They also handle bulk orders, and the more shirts you order, the bigger the discount you get.
Their website has an online t-shirt designer that makes it easy to preview your design before it’s printed, which is handy if you want to be sure of the final look.
It’s also a good thing that they provide free delivery on orders over $99 and can rush delivery if you’re pressed for time.
That said, they’re quite pricey. A single shirt is $38, so ordering in bulk is the only way to make it affordable. I’ve also heard that they sometimes fail to respond to enquiries.

Six Finest is another decent choice if you’re looking for quick custom shirts. What stood out to me is that they don’t charge setup fees, which makes both small and bulk orders less stressful.
For non-bulk runs, they usually finish in two to three days, which is faster than most places I’ve checked. They also have an in-house graphic designer, so if your design needs adjustments, you can get help right here.
I thought their live printing service was pretty cool too, especially for events where people want to watch the process and leave with a unique souvenir.
Unfortunately, even though they have a solid turnaround time for making custom t-shirts, delivery often takes about a week. I recommend picking up your order once it’s ready rather than waiting for shipping.

If you want to save some money, check out Donkey Tees. They give discounts when you order more custom t-shirts, and they even have a price beat guarantee, so you know you’re getting a solid deal.
They offer a solid range of services, including screen printing, embroidery, and even custom high-visibility safety shirts for crews that need them.
The catch is that they have an average turnaround time of about two weeks on most orders. This is somewhat offset by the fact that they have staff dedicated to quality control inspections.
If a shirt doesn’t meet their standards, they use a special wash gun to remove the ink and reprint it.
Another issue I find is that they want a minimum order of at least 25 t-shirts, so they’re not the place for one-off prints.
