Contact: +1 416 995 6601 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-7:30 PM; Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Finding a completely peaceful sanctuary is effortless at a unique annex clinic that protects your clinical relaxation. MyoCare Registered Massage Therapy + Wellness achieves this by using a quiet virtual receptionist setup instead of a loud front desk.
They keep their space free from ringing phones. It allows patients to focus entirely on their menu of 12 specialized treatments, including advanced pre- and postnatal care.
The team of 17 practitioners offers seamless direct insurance billing to eliminate paperwork stress.
A close friend mentioned that her therapist addressed her lower back tension with incredible precision, too. It’s a great spot if you’re dealing with chronic pain.
However, you’ll have to travel to their single location at Bathurst since their second branch is still under development. Also, be aware that they lack face-to-face check-in staff, which might also feel a bit impersonal at first.

Feel so much better
Margot is hands down one of the most gifted RMTs I’ve ever been to. Everytime I leave I feel so much better. I have been seeing her for prenatal and she is not afraid to really work the tissue. 10/10 recommend Margot!

Helped me so much in my recovery
I cannot say enough good things about Suzanne. I started going to her at the end of my pregnancy for a massage, which was the single best thing I could do in my third trimester, and have been going back ever since. I went to her 2 weeks postpartum, which helped me so much in my recovery. She has gone above and beyond and I’m so appreciative!!

Felt so good both during the massage and after
I had my first massage with Deana today and felt so good both during the massage and after. I’m pregnant in my second trimester and I felt completely safe in Deana’s care. She listened to my needs and targeted the areas that I needed help with. The environment was really nice and I’m glad to say that I’ve found a place that I’ll be coming back to! The yoga mamas studio is really nice, warm and welcoming. Excited to keep coming here during my pregnancy, as well as after.

Even better, their multidisciplinary roster features incredible experts. These include international board-certified lactation consultants and specialized pediatric practitioners.
On the downside, the substantial cross-town commute to the west end can be a bit challenging if you live in Scarborough. Their non-labor cancellation window is also quite strict, requiring 48 hours’ advance notice.

Everyone I’ve seen has been super caring and knowledgeable
I’ve been going to Oona since I was pregnant and continued through postpartum — honestly can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had prenatal massages, physio, chiro, and RMT sessions — everyone I’ve seen has been super caring and knowledgeable. It’s so nice having everything in one place, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Such a great support system!

Services offered are fantastic and made me feel so much better
All the services offered are fantastic and made me feel so much better. I first went for prenatal massages and now preg with my second and came for pelvic floor physio with Arzoo. In 2 sessions she helped my prolapse and gave me the tools i needed to continue treating it at home in preparation for birth. I’m so grateful for her and all the people at Oona, they make this journey much more comfortable and i now feel supported and ready for baby number 2 – i’m always so excited for my appointments at Oona 🙂

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-9:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Sunday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
City Wellness offers specialized cushions that allow expectant mothers to safely lie completely face down. This vibrant West Queen West space focuses heavily on maternal comfort.
From there, you can choose between traditional Swedish oil treatments or unique, insurance-billable Traditional Thai bodywork performed by a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Their diverse team even coordinates with acupuncture specialists who handle morning sickness. They also offer rejuvenating treatments similar to those in high-end cosmetic clinics, making it a great one-stop wellness hub.
Unfortunately, the face-down cushion option is unavailable for the floor-mat Thai style. You should also remember that taxes are excluded from the initial base rates.
Plus, their rigid cancellation policy applies even if you accidentally select a non-registered holistic practitioner online.

Always look forward to my massages
I’ve had a few different massages at City Wellness (all with Amanda) which have been nothing short of amazing. I had a prenatal which was great (sometimes these are uncomfortable) and more recently discovered their Thai massage which left me feeling reinvigorated. The staff are very pleasant and I always look forward to my massages with Amanda.
