If you’re looking for flowers in downtown Toronto that feel personal, Flowers & Flowers is a good pick. Their hand-tied designer bouquets feature seasonal flowers and come with a handwritten card that adds a heartfelt touch.
Their packaging is clever too: sturdy branded bags with built-in water packs to keep your flowers fresh even on hot city walks. I also like that their delivery is free within 5 km of the shop if you spend at least $65. They can even deliver the flowers on the same day if you order them before 3 PM.
They also offer subscriptions (weekly and biweekly) with small discounts, perfect if you love refreshing your space regularly.
However, please note that they don’t deliver on Sundays. Some of their bouquets also tend to sell out quickly, so it can be difficult to buy these.

Wild North Flowers is my go-to spot when I want to freshen up my home with something beautiful. What I like most is that they prioritize local sourcing, often pulling from Ontario growers, which really helps their arrangements stay vibrant longer.
Their bouquets look unique. They use a mix of at least six types of flowers each time, so no two arrangements ever look the same. More than once, my friends thought I’d ordered from different florists altogether.
Their WNF loyalty program is also a nice touch. I’ve earned freebies like dried lavender just for shopping regularly. Plus, their virtual workshops are super helpful for learning how to style and arrange flowers on my own.
That said, the $13 delivery fee within Toronto is steep. And their prices aren’t exactly low, which might not work for everyone.

One thing I really like is their customer satisfaction guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, they’ll send someone to replace it right away without any hassle.
They’re also pretty flexible with deliveries and can do both local and international deliveries. They even have a Corporate Weekly Flower Program that helps keep office spaces fresh with weekly flower drop-offs.
Unfortunately, they have a few rough edges. Some customers have complained about missed deliveries, and their customer service isn’t always responsive to enquiries.

If you’re looking for unique floral arrangements, Kakazan Floristry and Café is worth checking out. They specialize in Korean-style bouquets, which lean into soft colours and looser layouts that feel natural and airy. It’s a style I hadn’t seen before, and I was genuinely surprised by how elegant it looks in person.
Prices are pretty reasonable too. Some bouquets start at $32, and they offer custom orders if you have something specific in mind. I’m even thinking of joining one of their floral workshops to learn how they pull it all together.
One thing to note, though: Kakazan isn’t the best option if you need something last minute. They only do same-day pickup and delivery for their signature Florist’s Pick bouquet. If you want something else, expect to wait five to seven days.

As for their delivery services, they cover same-day orders across Southern Ontario and offer a two-hour on-demand option if you’re downtown. That rush delivery option can come in handy for spontaneous dates.
What’s also good about Tonic Blooms is they offer subscriptions, giving you regular deliveries at a discount. Plus, they have a referral program that lets you earn a little credit when friends order through your link.
If I had to nitpick, it’s that they don’t always hit their delivery windows, which can cause some frustration for recipients expecting punctual drop-offs.
