The tech showed up, got it running again, and saved me from serving cold turkey. I’m just thankful to get the help I needed right away.

They also have something called Priority Membership. It gives members faster scheduling, longer warranties, and even the option to book on Sundays.

They also back their work with a 6-month warranty, which adds peace of mind.
The downside is that their prices are higher than many competitors. Their $30 discount for new clients helps, but it doesn’t fully balance the cost.

Express Appliance Repair is a company I’d recommend if you’re looking for fast service. They’re one of the few in Toronto that truly operate late at night, so you can reach them for after-hours help when emergencies happen.
Booking online is simple, and they give you a $25 discount for doing it that way instead of calling. Seniors also get a 10% discount, which is a nice touch.
They run a referral programme too, offering a $50 bill credit for every friend who books with them.
Sadly, their warranty policy isn’t clearly explained up front. You only find out the details once the invoice arrives, which can be frustrating if you want to compare options before committing.
I’ve also heard from others that technicians sometimes miss scheduled appointments.
