If you’re looking for shopping and scenic views rolled into one, we recommend checking out Trinity Bellwoods Farmers’ Market. Here, each stall is located under tents to provide shade to the vendors as well as the paying customers.

You won’t have to worry too much about being exposed to the sun, however, as the market features towering trees where you can take shade. Also, these lush trees add to the overall scenery of the market—win-win!

This is also one of the few farmers’ markets we saw that offers online deliveries! So if you can’t make it there in person, you can order anything you like on their website from the comfort of your home—pretty amazing, right?

It may not seem like the ideal place to buy fresh produce, but don’t be fooled! The Underpass Park Farmers’ Market is one of the best places to get fresh fruits and vegetables.

In fact, it’s a great market because you can go shopping rain or shine thanks to the shade provided by the underpass.

Location and gimmick aside, however, this is still a solid farmers’ market to visit, as it features local entrepreneurs who are worth supporting. Aside from the usual fresh produce, these Torontonians sell stuff like coffee, hot sauce and even homemade dishes!

Pro tip:

If you have dogs at home, make sure to bring them along! The market is pet-friendly, and you can also score some great deals on dog food while you’re here.
