KAPA Disposal’s timing is on point. As most clients say, including teammates, the company’s promised drop-off and collection times are often honoured.
Hitting timelines without leaving a mess or wrecking driveways further locks them here. Our lot saw no damage, and neither did our interviewees.
But if you ask me, it’s the 24/7 customer service that really makes them A-tier. You can request short-notice changes (like swapping bin sizes), and they can sort it out within an hour.
Size-wise, the selection hovers between 8-yard and 30-yard dumpsters. First-timers unsure what to pick can get aid from the website, where size recos and estimates are provided.
It’s best to be quick, though. The 24/7 helpline wouldn’t help you if they’re swamped.
Another minor bump is KAPA’s narrow service range. Clients seeking add-ons such as cleanups or demolitions may find them limited.

We’re big on Cube Bin Rentals’ pricing. Each dumpster comes at a standard rate of $330 for rentals, deliveries, and pickups, with official weight receipts from disposal sites given to clients for clarity.
Going past the weight limit or rental period is what leads to higher fees. But then again, $126 for every additional metric ton and $10 for an extra day is fairly reasonable for Toronto.
As for options, the 4-, 8-, 10-, 14-, and 20-yard bins should cover most needs, though a 30-yard dumpster would be a welcome bonus.
The bins never make contact with the ground either (thanks to wooden planks), which is good news for your driveway and front yard.
On the downside, Cube Bin Rentals doesn’t offer round-the-clock support yet, unlike most entries.
Balancing that out is their flexible rental periods. Pickups can be scheduled in advance or requested when the bin is full.

Exceeded Expectations…..Cube Bin Rentals offered am reasonably priced and exceptional service. David was prompt and provided clear description of the service provided including pricing. There were no hidden costs and they were efficient and timely. There was also flexibility with the rental from 24 hrs to 10 days ….the bins were clean and we used this company twice in the month. And there’s a roll-on/roll-off dumpster for nearly every project or location, as the range rolls out bins between 6 yards and 40 yards. The fees are normally set within the $299–$549 range.
When in doubt about the sizing, just ring them up; 24/7 support is usually provided. Just note that live responses are only available from Mondays to Fridays, between 8:30 am and 5 pm.
If you’re not into phone calls, the website features a handy tool that benchmarks dimensions against everyday items. You also save $15 by booking through it.
The main weak point? We’d say it’s the rental-only setup. Some providers offer cleanups or demolition services to round things off.
Did an Excellent Job
I made a mistake to ask my handy man to replace the hardwood for my 3 bedrooms before I rented a dumpster bin. So the old hardwood with nails ended up sitting at my garage.
I decided to have the whole family wearing old leather gloves to move the hardwood to a dumpster bin. But it was so hard to get a bin during busy spring and normally the company wants my credit card for deposit even before I see the bin, so I searched online for alternatives. Luckily I found Junk-it and impressed with the reviews. I booked online with $25 discount and 2 young men showed up with a nice truck the next day. They did an excellent job without any complaints about the nails and swept my garage floor afterward. The final price was $316 including taxes. I am so happy to my garage back and found the price is more than fair ( same as using the bin). I will give Alex and his partner a A++ rating. Plus Junk-it gave me a 2 hour slot to wait at home so I did not have to take much time off from work. They even confirmed the reservation and time the night before they came. You’ve probably heard of Bin There Dump That before. They’ve been around since 2008, serving Toronto, the York region, and nearby areas.
A notable feature is their consistent pricing across all bin options. Differences only come from the tipping fee, which is charged based on your waste’s actual weight at the disposal facility.
Not having to overpay for disposal you don’t need is the main advantage of that. To avoid hidden cost concerns, scale tickets are even provided.
Reduced predictability in total costs is the trade-off. Companies with flat rates generally don’t have that drawback.
The bigger con, however, is their history of missing pickup dates by a day or two. While rare, it’s worth thinking about, especially if you’re running a large-scale operation.
On the flipside, you can count on their drivers for safe loading and unloading. The guys being pleasant to interact with is an extra plus, too.

Prompt and Efficient
We needed a bin for a home DIY refuse, Bin There Done That offered reasonable prices, it’s the same price regardless of bin size. The drivers were friendly and skillfully deposited the bin through our long, narrow shared driveway and placed it exactly where we needed. Both drop off and pickup was prompt and efficient.
