April is coming, and that means Easter is just around the corner—landing on the 20th this year. It’s a time to celebrate, reflect, and, let’s be honest, enjoy one of the best holiday traditions ever: brunch.
Whether you’re dressing to the nines in your Easter best or just looking to kick back with some amazing food, our city has a brunch spot for every vibe. I’ve done a little digging, and here are top-notch picks you’ll want to check out this year.
Casa Loma

When: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: 1 Austin Terrace
Tickets: Buy here
Adult (14 and up): $90
Child (4-13): $65
Let’s start with a classic: Casa Loma. It’s one of my top picks since you’ll be feasting like royalty inside this famous castle. This year, their Easter brunch has a setting that’s as grand as it gets—think high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and luxury seats.
If their past Easter brunches are anything to go by, this year’s spread is likely to feature an array of scones, sandwiches, and gourmet pastries. For those with heartier appetites, classics like ham and lamb might make an appearance too.
And what’s also nice is that your ticket comes with access to explore the castle after brunch. Be sure to check out the beautiful gardens, steep towers, and huge passageways to make the most out of your visit!
OMNI King Edward Hotel

When: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: 37 King St E
Tickets: Call +1 416-945-3323 for reservations
Adult (13 and up): $145
Child (3-12): $73
If you’re in the mood to go all-out fancy, the OMNI King Edward Hotel is a good choice. Their Easter brunch takes place in the Vanity Fair ballroom, a luxurious venue that features live piano music and tables dressed in crisp white linens.
Their menu is interesting since it will feature a blend of classic and fancy. There will be an elaborate seafood bar featuring chilled shrimp, scallops, and smoked salmon. We’ll even have the chance to try out some freshly baked bread and pastries!
You can also expect brunch staples like eggs benedict and smoked bacon to make an appearance here. It’s also nice that vegetarians won’t feel left out with options like heirloom tomato salads and roasted vegetable medleys.
And let’s not forget the desserts. Word has it they’ll be serving up some seriously indulgent chocolate creations. My tip? Arrive a little early so you can snag a spot close to the dessert table; it’s going to be worth it.
Dia Restaurant & Lounge

When: 11:00 AM
Where: 387 Bloor St E
Tickets: Buy here
Adult (12 and up): $75
Child (11 and below): $30
If you prefer something a little different but just as awesome, Dia Restaurant & Lounge might be a good spot for your Easter brunch. The vibe here is modern and laid-back, with a minimalist setup that differs from the fancy and luxurious venues.
They will feature a highly diverse menu that includes plenty of brunch favourites like omelettes and sandwiches. On top of that, there’s going to be an open seafood bar stocked with tasty salmon and shrimp.
Oh, and here’s the kicker: bottomless mimosas! Yes, you read that right. A never-ending flow of bubbly to keep the fun going. Plus, they’ve made sure it’s fun for the whole family—kids included.
That’s because not only is the Easter Bunny making a special appearance, but there’s also going to be an Easter egg hunt for the little ones. So, make sure to get the kids ready!
The Old Mill

When: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Where: 21 Old Mill Road
Tickets: Buy here
Adult (13 and up): $85
Child (4-12): $35
The Old Mill is a nice spot for those who prefer cozy, traditional vibes. This place has that warm vibe that’ll make you feel like stepping into a storybook with its Tudor-style charm and woodsy atmosphere.
Their menu sounds like it’s going to be loaded with tasty options. They’ve got a starter table with creamy potato salads, cheese trays, and fresh fruit to kick things off. Then there’s the seafood table that’ll feature oysters, shrimp, and a lot more.
And the good stuff doesn’t stop there. They’ll have a carving station and, of course, a dessert table packed with sweet treats.
Another bonus is that The Old Mill will be opening up their private Brulé Ballrooms for groups who’d rather have an intimate celebration with family and friends.
It’s not as grand as those big hotel ballrooms, but it still has that classy vibe that Toronto brunch-goers love. If you’re interested, you can reserve these rooms directly on the same website where you can buy their tickets.
TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton

When: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Where: 181 Wellington St W
Tickets: Buy here
Adult (13 and up): $185
Child (2-12): $85
And then there’s TOCA. If you’re in the mood to treat yourself (or someone special), this is a good spot for a bougie Easter brunch. Located in The Ritz-Carlton, this restaurant will serve a brunch experience that feels decadent from start to finish.
Their buffet lineup is seriously impressive. They’ll feature seafood like fresh oysters, king crab legs, and lobster tails. Their carving station will be stacked with premium meats that are cooked delightfully well.
You can bet they’ll also have brunch classics like French toast and fluffy pancakes to round things out. And for dessert, their pastry chefs won’t be holding back, as they’ll whip up handcrafted chocolates, colourful macarons, and gorgeous cakes.
With how pricey this brunch experience will be, I have but one piece of advice for you: go hungry, and don’t rush. This isn’t the kind of brunch you want to finish quickly, so take your time to fully enjoy each station.
