As a writer, I’ve hunched my back over more times than I care to admit. So much so that my friends began teasing me that I was starting to look like Quasimodo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame!
Now that back pains are afflicting me almost every day, I knew it was high time to do something with my posture. Thankfully, visits to a chiropractor, combined with regular exercise and practising good posture, have started to improve my condition.
Of course, I made sure to find a chiropractor who certainly knows what they’re doing, like these reliable ones in Toronto!
How much does it cost to see a chiropractor in Toronto? The average fee chiropractors in Toronto charge is $110 for an initial visit and $60 for subsequent visits. Keep in mind that prices may vary based on factors like treatment duration and clinic location. |

In fact, he and Dr. Krekora can help relieve symptoms that are related to herniated discs, shoulder pain, sciatica, and more. They do so under a unique method called the NeuroStructural Restoration Method, a thorough process that uses 15 different tests to identify the underlying cause of your pain.

ChiroPath Spine & Posture Centre, located on College Street, stands out to me as one of the most advanced chiropractic clinics in the city. Founded by Dr. Yuxin Wang in 2020, their focus is on posture correction and spinal health.
What stands out to me is that all of their chiropractors are Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) certified, which is a huge boost to their credibility.
And as I’ve mentioned, they’re a highly advanced clinic, as they use notable equipment like Pro-ArthroStim and PowerPlate to make their somatic and muscle stiffness treatments more effective.
Thankfully, their chiropractic treatments are actually cheaper than what I’d expected, with the initial visit costing only $99.
However, given that their clinic is unavailable on Fridays and weekends, you might need to shuffle your schedule around a bit to get an appointment here.

Phone number: +1 647-699-2514
Business hours:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (MON-FRI)
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (SAT)
the [clinic] Chiropractic Health Centre, led by Dr. Shakiba Djeddi, is a chiropractic clinic that has been in operation since 2014. For me, their biggest strength is the impressive range of services they offer, including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and registered massage therapy.
They even offer chiropody, which, as its name suggests, is focused on resolving foot-related problems like heel pain and arthritis. They can also make custom orthotics to facilitate faster recovery of a patient’s foot and ankle.
Anothing thing I like about this clinic is that it can direct bill most insurance companies like Sunlife, Manulife, and Desjardins. That’s pretty convenient, if you ask me!
However, it’s a bit saddening to hear that some patients encountered rude behaviour from the staff during their chiropractic sessions here.
Pros
- 10 years of experience
- Offers chiropody treatments
- Can make custom orthotics
- Can direct bill most insurance companies
Cons
- Rude staff
- Doesn’t offer online booking
I had an outstanding experience at the clinic!

Dr. Djeddi herself is exceptionally knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to explain each treatment in detail and answered all my questions with patience. After just a few sessions, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my posture and a dramatic reduction in back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Djeddi to anyone seeking effective chiropractic care. Her expertise and the positive clinic environment are unmatched!”

Ossington Chiropractic and Rehabilitation (OCR) is a boutique wellness and chiropractic clinic that operates in two locations in Toronto. They were founded in 2014 by Susan Leung and Dr. Glenn Paul Uy.
A good thing about this clinic is that they have a sizable team of chiropractors. Working alongside Dr. Glenn are three other CCO-certified chiropractors who can speak English, Tagalog, Urdu, and Hindi fluently.
Another benefit that comes with having four chiropractors is that they can provide a wide range of chiropractic treatments, including orthotic care, active release techniques, and registered massage therapy.
They can even perform the Webster technique, which reduces soft tissue tension to create an ideal environment for a baby to grow and move during pregnancy.
Sadly, their services are a bit pricey, especially for subsequent treatments. It might be wise to look for cheaper options first if you’re on a tight budget.
Pros
- 10 years of experience
- Two locations in Toronto
- Can speak English, Tagalog, Urdu, and Hindi
- Offers the Webster technique for pregnant patients
Cons
- Above-average prices
- Tends to get fully booked quickly
Glenn is an exceptional chiropractor who helped my recovery
“Glenn is an exceptional chiropractor who helped my recovery from a shoulder injury sustained while snowboarding. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care were evident from the moment I walked into his office. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan, and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Through his skilled adjustments and personalized rehabilitation exercises, my shoulder gradually regained strength and mobility. I am incredibly grateful for Glenn’s expertise and highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care.”

7:30 AM – 1:30 PM (FRI)
8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (SAT)
Founded in 1985, Downsview Chiropractic is one of the oldest chiropractic clinics you’ll find in Toronto. Led by Dr. Joel Weisberg, they’re a favourite of mine due to their multimodal care approach to their chiropractic services.
What this means is that they don’t limit themselves to treating patients during chiropractic sessions. Dr. Joel and his team also impart useful advice and exercises to their patients that they can use to further improve their conditions once their treatments are over.
This multimodal care approach has also allowed them to introduce a six-week training program to assist sufferers of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.
They even offer telehealth sessions if you don’t like making the effort to visit their clinic physically.
However, one thing I dislike about them is their limited operating hours on Fridays and Saturdays, since those are the days when most people have freer schedules.
Pros
- Almost 40 years of experience
- Uses multimodal care approach
- Has a 6-week training program for spinal stenosis
- Offers telehealth sessions
Cons
- Limited operating hours on Fridays and Saturdays
- Inconsistent operating hours
I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Joel Weisberg
“It was my first experience visiting a chiropractor, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Joel Weisberg. I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Weisberg’s expertise and professionalism were evident throughout my treatment, and I noticed a significant improvement in how I felt after just one session. I would highly recommend Dr. Weisberg to anyone seeking chiropractic care.
Front desk hostess was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience even more pleasant.”
