Hamilton Discount Auto Parts (HDAP) has been a solid provider of auto parts since it opened its doors in 2003. They now have 12 locations across the GTA where they offer a pretty impressive inventory of parts for domestic and imported cars.
One of the best things about them is that they can provide same-day delivery to most parts of the city. I also like that they provide line discounts for bulk purchases, which is great for mechanics and auto enthusiasts.
Oh, and by the way, they also offer financing options, so you can easily buy what you need here without worrying about your wallet.
However, their return policy can be a bit strict. For example, you can’t return electrical parts, and you’ll need to pay a 20% restocking fee if you want to return a part.

PartSource on St Clair West is one of my go-to spots whenever I need an auto part. They have most of the essentials, like brakes, oil, wiper blades, and more, which makes things convenient.
What I really appreciate is their price match guarantee. It’s a good way to save a few bucks when I shop here, and their financing options have come in handy more than once when my budget has been tight.
Another reason I keep coming back is their Loan-A-Tool program. As someone who enjoys working on my car, this has been a huge help. It’s quite simple. You leave a deposit, borrow the tool you need, and get your money back when you return it.
The one downside is that some of the staff can come off as uninterested at times, which can be frustrating. I really hope their customer service gets better.

Parts Pioneer is the auto parts store I go to when I’d rather skip the hassle of shopping in person. They’ve got a solid selection of parts from trusted brands like Genius, TEC, TOR, and Transit Auto.
Just like the other online shop I mentioned earlier, they offer a fitment guarantee, which is helpful, especially for parts I’m not totally familiar with.
It’s also nice that they provide free shipping on orders over $99. And they’re quite speedy too, since they only need 1 to 3 days to have your order delivered to your address.
But what I really like about Parts Pioneer is they back their products with a lifetime replacement warranty, which is quite reassuring.
Sadly, not all of their products are stocked regularly, which can be a bit frustrating if you’re looking for something specific.

If you’re into JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) cars, Toronto Auto Parts is worth checking out. Located in Etobicoke, they sell a wide range of new and used auto parts that are imported straight from Japan.
What makes them stand out is their selection of brands. Whether you drive a Honda, Toyota, or Mitsubishi, chances are they’ll have what you need. If getting to their shop isn’t convenient, you can take advantage of their free delivery for orders over $500.
Their warranties are pretty solid, too. Most of their JDM parts come with a three-month warranty, which is a safety net I appreciate when buying used parts.
They even offer installation services, so you don’t have to get your hands dirty if you don’t want to.
That said, their delivery isn’t quite fast, as they typically need about a week to get your parts to you.
